We would like to present our extruder EB-G 90 NG for the processing of rubber compounds and EPDM with the possibility of processing rubber strips or granulate.
This unique capability to process both granules and strip in combination allows both feedstocks to be used on one machine. The linear guide located above the inlet to the extruder barrel allows a quick replacement of the strip feeder for the hopper with granulate. The extruder rebuild is designed to be completed by one person in a few minutes.
Extruder is equipped with, among other things, a rotary infeed for screw temperature regulation and tempering units for each zone.
This machine will find applications in the cable industry, rubber profile extrusion, etc.
The extruder output ranges from 60 to 400 kg/hr depending on the type of material and the screw geometry.
