Our single screw extruders EB-P are suitable for processing PP, PE, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PA, TPV, TPE and can be connected to any peripherals, e.g. for extruding pipes, profiles, filament, flat films, etc.
The basic series includes a broad range of extruders with:
- screw diameters from 30 to 250 mm
- screw working length from 27 to 33 L/D
- extruder output from approx. 5 kg/h to 3000 kg/h (depending on the processed material)
With the VIRTUAL EXTRUSION LABORATORY™ programme we have the possibility to design each screw individually and manufacture it in our plant.
The mentioned overwiew provides the basis for follow-up equipment that are specifically designed to your needs and requirements. For this purpose, we use our extensive know-how and many years of experience.
