The EB-G series extruders are designed for efficient processing of rubber compounds and EPDM.
They are equipped with a feed roller for ideal pick up of the rubber strip.
Extruders are heated / cooled by tempering units.
Extruder of new EB-G NG series is equipped with a linear guide, which allows a quick replacement of the strip feeder for the hopper with granulate.
This unique capability to process both granules and strip in combination allows both feedstocks to be used on one machine. The extruder rebuild is designed to be completed by one person in a few minutes.
Barrels and underhopper parts are lined and thereby we reduce costs of renovating our machines. Liners may be nitrided, hardened or bimetallic (depends on the used type of material).
